no name says...i used to be an inmate at avenal 2002 to 2004. i worked the outside crew job and worked with these feral cats on a daily basis. im a big cat lover and i hate what (some) staff are doing to these cats. i bookmarked this site and will wish the best for these cats. i hope you can find homes for every single one of these cats. i wish there was more i could do to help but i just cant at this time. just want you to know, i was there. i know whats going on. wish you all the best of luck. FYI, the cat cemetary was actually there back in 2004. it was just the begining but it was there
Mr. ? I know if you worked on the outside crew then you know the story behind our fight for the feral cats on prison grounds. If you worked on the cat cemetary then you know the heart break when the warden dug it up Yes that is true the cat cemetary was actually there back in 2004. it was just the begining but it was there. Yes I was working on getting it approved the warden at the time to be able to complete the project. As you know I have had many battles for the fight of the feral cats. But I wont give up my fight to keep them safe. I am sure if you worked on the outside crew then you know me and know I am not going to stop.. For you have seen war I am up against. You can follow out site here, facebook, Cat-share Again thanks for supporting out website

Sam, Thank you so much for your kind words. We will not stop our fight for the feral cats
This is a message from Feral Paws Rescue Group. This is a site to help save the feral cats in harmsway but yet some of you think its funny to sign into our guess book with non-related cat statements.

Jennifer, I make contact with the farmers and then go out and check out the area and go over with them what they plan to do with the cat(s) placed on their farm. I mainly feel them out and you will know if they are right for your cats that your placing. But always go back and check that the cat(s) are taken to their new home
