Saving Feral Cats

The Story Of Snow Drop

Friday May 11, 2007... Solid White Kitten taken from the Prison. They took it from the Momma cat at the prison. Dr. Brewer looked at it and felt it was healthy.  Warden Kathy Mendoza-Powers Just doesn't stop with her harmful ways with the Feral Cats At Avenal State Prison. Now taking newborn kittens from their mothers!  How Horrible Warden Kathy Mendoza-Powers is!  Kitten was checked out by Dr. Brewer at Abby Pet Hospital  at 2 weeks old and was given a clean bill of health and placed into foster care. Now learning if the kitten lives off a bottle and is doing ok, then it can be adpoted. We soon-after learned that the foster care parent will be taking the kitten. Snow Drop is now an inside cat and has a very loving owner.  We learned that he was neutered at the age of 6 weeks. His foster parent bottle feeds him and cares for him very well. We will keep you updated on any updates of Snow Drop and his loving owner. This is another happy ending for a rescued cat from Avenal State Prison!
